Otolaryngology Data Entry Software & EMR

  • Document details of your full ENT exams accurately and rapidly using pre-programmed buttons, DropDown boxes, or templates

  • Save the note you created to the database for storage, save it in a regular computer file, or print it for a paper chart or any combination of all three

  • The database is TOTALLY CUSTOMIZABLE! YOU decide how many specially labeled storage areas you want the database to have-- create and use them as you go!! Save new examinations, audiograms, diagrams you draw, patient photos, CT/MRI reports, and other correspondence. Then scan in the old ones from your paper chart.
  • The patient or your staff can enter most of PMH, ROH, FH, and social history by touch

  • Lists of surgeries are compiled for easy access (i.e. several ear surgeries)

  • Counts "bullets" for ENT, General, and Neurology exams to help determine the level of service

  • Prescriptions are created, recorded, and printed or faxed accurately in a few clicks

  • Red Buttons remind you to record certain information usually needed for certain complaints/diagnoses

  • You own your database!! It is not just rented.

  • No yearly lease fees- use the program for years for the initial purchase price. Very little will need to be added-- changed in ICD, CPT, and TNM coding can be revised by your staff

Blue buttons place "normal" exam information into the note-- robins-egg blue denotes a normal digital exam was performed

DropDown boxes can be touched anywhere on the box to open them.

After opening, the line touched in the the DropDown box will appear in the note being created

If the information needed is not in the box, simply click the square on the right of the DropDown box and type in the information on the bottom line.

Draw diagrams of the pathology you are seeing and save it in the database, a regular computer file, or print it
